Vama Industries was originally incorporated as a Public Limited Company, in the state of Maharashtra on March 13, 1985 as ‘Kesaria Commercial Enterprises Limited’. The name of the company was changed to 'Sanjeevni Industries Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation Consequent on Change of Name was obtained on April 20, 1994. The name was lastly changed to 'Vama Industries Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation Consequent on Change of Name was obtained on March 3, 2005.
