The company is promoted by Ram Pratap Tayal, Pravin Kumar Tayal, Navin Kumar Tayal, Sanjay Kumar Tayal and Krishna Petro Yarns Ltd. It was converted into a public limited company in 1989 and in the same year the company changed its name to Krishna Lifestyle Technologies.
