Camlin, the corporate group, was established in 1931 and is a pioneer in art and stationery material in India. Camlin diversified into Pharmaceuticals and Fine Chemicals two decades ago. The Fine Chemical Division of Camlin got de-merged into a separate company named as Camlin Fine Chemicals on 22nd December 2006. The entire management team and employees of Camlin Fine Chemicals Division are now a part of the independent legal entity formed under the Indian Companies Act 1956.
