EIH Associated Hotels (EIHASSO), earlier known as Pleasant hotel, was incorporated in 1983. It was renamed as EIH hotels in 1996. The company’s registered office is located at 1/24, G.S.T. Road, Meenambakkam, Chennai-600027. The company is into the business of running luxury hotels in India. The Oberoi group which holds the controlling stake in the company, owns or manages 33 hotels and luxury cruisers in five countries under the Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and Trident brands.
