It was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company on November 1, 1993. The company is engaged in the manufacturing of poultry vaccines. The company has been promoted by Rajiv D. Gandhi his brother Sanjiv D. Gandhi and Dr. Bhupendra V. Gandhi. The company changed its name to the present in 2008.
